Insurance Sales Representative
Full-time · Uncapped commission + renewal income · Paid training
What you'll do
- Prospect, meet with, and advise clients on life, health, and income protection products.
- Run a structured needs-analysis to recommend the right coverage for each household or business.
- Build and service your own book of business, from first appointment to annual policy reviews.
- Hit weekly activity goals with support from your mentor and team leads.
What you bring
- A competitive, coachable mindset — no insurance experience required.
- Strong communication skills and genuine care for clients.
- An active insurance license is a plus; if you don't have one, we sponsor and prepare you for the exam.
- Reliable transportation and the discipline to work a daily pipeline.
